and after proxy?

Post by errepiesse »

Hello my friend,
I solved my previous problems where the files "mts" too heavy, crashed the program.
I used the "proxy manager" and placed all the clips in time line ready for rendering.
but now, or I mistake something, or this program has serious problems of operation.
I 'm at share window. because I do not want to create a blue ray disk I wanna create a file
first problem: what settings should I use?
1) Same property of the project? (Mpeg 720 x ....)
2) acvhd files? (1920 x 1080) .. (my original mts files)
or prior to rendering I have to change some settings?
however I tried the option one and option 2 ..... same results: the program stops working .....(crashig with usual messagge..program stop to work send dump files to corel)
Now what should I do?
Thanks for the tips ......
i'm very very hunappy.. i spent a lot of time workin' with this project....and now....still in vs project, haven't my finally video...
property of project
PAL (25 fps)
File MPEG
24 Bit, 720 x 576, 25 fps
basato sul fotogramma
(DVD-PAL), 16:9
Velocità dati video: Variabile (Massimo 6000 kbps)
Velocità dati audio: 384 kbps

Quite a few users with i7 processors have had difficulty rendering AVCHD/h.264 video in X3. The main solution they found was to disable hyperthreading in the System BIOS. I am sorry, however, that I do not have an i7 computer, so cannot say exactly where you might find the reference to hyperthreading in BIOS, but you might want to experiment with BIOS yourself to see if you can identify it.

Otherwise, the suggestion was made by one user to render the project to Blu-Ray (BD) mpeg-2.

My own suggestion would have been to render it instead to HDV, which as you know is high definiton mpeg-2. I would prefer this because it would maintain the Upper Field First property of your original AVCHD, whereas BD converts it to Lower Field First. The latter usually happens quite successfully, but if your intention is to later burn a standard definition DVD, I would prefer to keep things simple and maintain Upper Field First throughout. And that would require you to convert to HDV.
