VS11 vs Pro X3 - Better Rendering Engine?

Here is a 100% crop on a still from video rendered in VS11:

And here is a 100% crop on a still from video rendered in Pro X3:

The still is taken from an area with very fast motion. The stills came from the same timecodes and captured the same stills in VS11 and Pro X3, they came out the same.

Does Pro X3 really render out video that much better than VS11? Maybe Pro X3 handles motion better?
