help deleting background audio

Hope someone can help, I'm brand new to Ulead Picture Show 3, brand new to Ulead products. I'm having a problem with the advanced audio selections. Once a background audio file has been selected, I cannot find a way to delete it. I can add more but how do I delete a selection.

I was playing around trying to assign an mp3 file to each slide. While doing this I added several mp3 files to the background audio and now I cannot delete them. I can disable the background option but I cannot del the selections.

Also is there an easy way to have Ulead automatically show a slide for the duration of an audio file. It seems you have to manually sync up the slide duration with the audio duration or have I missed something? It sure would be nice to drag an audio file to a slide and have that slide displayed for the duration of that audio track.

That’s quite easy, on the bottom of “Advanced Audio Settings” dialog box you can see a sequence of your pictures on the time line, beneath you will see a blue bar with a note icon, right click the blue bar you will see the delete option, or you can click the blue bar and click the remove button as well.That’s quite easy, on the bottom of “Advanced Audio Settings” dialog box you can see a sequence of your pictures on the time line, beneath you will see a blue bar with a note icon, right click the blue bar you will see the delete option, or you can click the blue bar and click the remove button as well.

That sounds simple enough however I cannot try it at this point.

I had to uninstall and reinstall my sound card drivers and now Ulead is not working properly. It cannot open any mp3 files. I find this odd since no other software is having this problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ulead with no luck. Think its time to move on but thanks for the reply.
