Project Properties - How to Set Custom Values?

How do you set the Project Properties to say 1920 x 1080 x 24p in X3? The Project Properties option only lets you select common DVD and DV settings......

From what I remember the work around in earlier version of VS to let you set the Project Properties to something other than the limited DVD/DV defaults was to add a clip with the desired specs and VS would ask if it wanted to set the Project Properties to match....but this does not seem to work in X3 either!

I found that if I open an old HDV VSP template I had it unlocked some more options for Refresh Rate and Frame Sizes but you still can not select compressions other than DV / MPG
