Installation-error

Post by Scotty »

Hi,
I just installed VideoStudio ProX3 and ran it using a small video clip from my camera.
Then went to help files...then came here and found a post refferring to Corel help having "Get More" for content, but my program doesn't have that option? I went and downloaded the relevent patches hoping that would fix it but it didn't.
Any theories as to why?

Welcome to the forums,

Did you install the TBYB (trial) version or a Full Purchased version? The Get More or Do More functions are interactive, and are not available with the TBYB version. To access them, you must have a purchased version AND you must register it with Corel. Then after about 3-days they should materialize.

Note: Upgrading from an earlier qualifying version is the same as a Full version. Upgrading only affects the price paid.

Hi,
I installed the full boxed version and registered it.
So eventually it should show up? I did send a ticket to Corel as I have Coreldraw x3 also.

Glad to help...:)

It should in about 3 days. However don't be discouraged if it doesn't. Some of us waited even longer. We voiced our concern about this, while testing it. Hopefully this has finally been corrected. Make sure you install any updates and patches for it.

I don't have CorelDraw X3, but do have CorelDraw X4 and CorelDraw 9. Those are some powerful applications. ;)

First, your version is the current version. Did you just download from the various links, or did you also install once they were downloaded? Have you checked the Instant Project? That's where the Style Packs will be installed to.
