For Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3, it says I am missing the Setup.xml file. It is correct, because I don't see it in the folder. Can someone upload theirs for me?

Would a setup file from someone's computer that isn't identical to your own do you any good?

When do you see that error message... while trying to install, or when starting PSP, or at some other time?
Are you trying to install from a disc or from a downloaded file?
What location are you looking in for setup.xml?
