Only 2 Smart sounds available after V9 Upgrade

I had been using Videostudio 8 with over 20 smart sounds. After upgrading to version 9, only 2 are available, Hot & Spicy and Island Party. I can see the other 24 on disk (from Bach guitar to Underwater)but when I try and rebuild the library, it only includes those 2 files.

I ran the smart sounds exe again and it extracted all 26 files but still only 2 show up. Any idea why the other 24 sound files aren't available?
