Do you have admin permissions? Do you have UAC turned off? Other than that I don't know.

The incentive scripts are rather mundane. There's 20 total that I'm aware of.
01- One step photo fix and Noise removal
02- Resize to 4x6 (landscape) & Sharpen

05- One Step Noise removal
06- One Step Noise removal (for noisy images only)

08- Increase Color Saturation

13- Comic Line Art
14- Black and White
15- Add White Border
16- Resize (landscape) and Add Small White Border for blogs
17- Resize (portrait) and Add Small White Border for blogs

19- Resize (landscape) and Add Large Black Border for blogs
