VideoStudio ShortCut and Exe Dont Work ! ! !

Hello


The problem is whenever i want to start Corel VidStudio PRO X3 , the shortcut doesnt work , it loads for 1.5secs and then nothing happens , no Loading screen ... i have already searched in the VideoStudio folder for diffrent Shortcuts and Exe's but the same happens .! > So whats the problem, Why dont my Shortcuts and Exe's work anymore ? !

I confess I have had the same problem on an irregular basis. Sometimes it starts up first go, sometimes it doesn'e. I have found, though, that if I click on the shortcut icon a second time, then it will usually start. I have no idea why it happens, though...

Hi

Sometimes, a while ago now, Video Studio didn’t close properly and leaves vstudio.exe showing in the Windows Task Manager, as though the program was running.

Trying to open the program just didn’t work.

End Process from Task Manager seems to cure the problem, that is till next time.

Yes this is something that I've had happen periodically too. I just do as stated above, kill it with the task manager and proceed on. Don't know why at times it seems to refuse to remove itself from RAM. It could also be a glitch in the OS, that is not allowing it to do so..
