DL Support Pack - Part II not working

I downloaded Part I and installed it OK. It wanted me to restart the computer so I did it. Now trying to install Part II it says "Setup cannot find Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 installed on your computer". What can be done about this? Thank you.
