Create Disc

Create Disc
When I try to create a disc in VideoStudio Pro X3 I get everything setup and click on the burn button and a dialog box comes up that tell me please insert a blank DVD in the burner drive. The problem is I have a blank disc in the drive and the drive is working I can burn a DVD with Windows DVD Maker but I can’t get it to work with Corel DVD Factory. I have gone out and downloaded all the updates and that did not seem to help. Can anyone help me out with problem?
