PSP XI - not valid Win32 application

PSP XI - not valid Win32 application
Recently I've been getting an error message stating jpeg is not a valid Win32 application whenever I try to open a pic with Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. If I right click on the jpeg or jpg and choose open with Picture Viewer, Paint, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer etc, it opens up with no error message. It is only when I try to open with PSP Photo XI that I get the message. I can open the picture if I open PSP first and open through the file - open option. I currently have my computer file associations set to open all jpeg/jpg files with PSP - but I always get the error message now. Any thoughts?
