Ulead Video Studio 8 SE 'Create Disc' problem

My 'Create Disc' icon is inactive on the share step options panel.
What can i do to burn DVD, VCD or SVCD?

What does it mean SE? (Ulead Video Studio 8 SE)

Not sure what the SE stands for, Special Edition I believe. SE versions are the ones that come bundled with some hardware.

Do you have a burner fitted to your PC? Is it working? Strange problem that.

SE editions are feature-limited editions that don't provide the full functionality of the retail product. The edition you have likely doesn't support outputting to disk.

Does it say SE 'Basic'? That version will not burn DVDs. Often if it came with a camcorder or just a firwire card, then it will not burn. The versions that say VCD or DVD will burn discs.
