Capturing Audio from DVDs

Hi Everyone , I'm hoping for a quick bit of advice!

When capturing video files direct from a DVD I can't seem to get the audio into my projects. Video is fine. The captured audio will play in DVD player software (in my case PowerDVD).

I have no problem with capture from my camera - I've also managed to recapture audio from project I've burnt to DVD. Could it be that the projects I am trying to capture are Dolby audio and that Ulead doesn't support it?

I'm stumped! - any help/tips gratefully received

You are on the right track -- VS8 doesn't come standard with the Dolby Digital Audio plugin (it's an addon).

Does any one know where I can get the ptach/add on?
