I have vs12 with all the updates... trying to end up with a clean DVD. I import files from my Sony HD cam ACVHD files that I convert to MT2s and import to VS12. I edit and then spit them out in various formats. The HQ WMV format used to work great... but then it stopped working and rendered to a very small screen size like for an IPOD. Can anyone tell me the steps to get a clean image burn to DVD? My finished DVD's are just horrible ... espically the graphics that are built into the corel title maker are so bitty you can barely read them. I'm definately doing something wrong.
thanks
Franco

Hi Franco
Jeff is correct we need much more info-----But this is the direction you should be going in
Import your files from the camera to the PC
Insert the files to VS12 timeline, Right click timeline and select Insert Video
With the clips in the timeline, right click and select “Properties”
What are they?
Edit the videos in the timeline, when complete—share create video file—select the DVD option
This will create a new video file (Mpeg2) suitable for burning to disc.
Now start a new project
Share Create Disc—opens the burner module—Add Video—using the video made earlier.
Create the menu and finally burn the DVD.
Whether the properties in the share stage are correct depends on your original files.
So you need to give us more information.
