i have a post about an issue i am having with PSP2x. in the meantime i downloaded the demo PSP3x to try. how watered down is the demo? i notice when i have an image up i cannot resize its frame, it takes the whole screen and has only X as an option, no minimize. so its a pain to work on several images at once. i assume this is a demo thing and the final version will operate just like all others???

Re: PSP3X demo
The demo version has the same functionality as the full version. The only difference is that it stops working after 30 days.
What you describe is a bug. If PSP is not already open and you open an image, it show in a maximised window. Sometimes this window lacks some controls as well. All previous versions opened the image in a window that was zoomed to fit the workspace.
You might see this bug if PSPP X3 is not already open and you open an image by right clicking it and selecting "Open with PSPP X3", or if you double click on an image of a file type that is associated with PSPP X3, or if you send the image to PSP from another program (such as a raw converter).
If PSP is already open and you do any of the above, or open an image using File > Open, or if you open the image from the Organizer, it will open in a windowed view just as it did in previous versions of the program.

Re: PSP3X demo
@ surfgeo: I suppose you mean this here: Disable "Tabbed Documents" and you can now change the frame.
This submenu was always there, but with the latest patch, the devteam changed this to default setting.
