vsx3 loading problem

vsx3 loading problem
I cant load vs x3 in my machine loaded xp prof. (sp-2) and vista business. Which configuration of operating sys. is needed for this?

VS x3 will install on any XP, Vista or Windows 7 32 or 64 bit OS. Are you trying to install from a boxed CD or have you downloaded the program? I see that you had the trial software of VS x2, are you trying to upgrade that because if so it wont work on any OS. You cannot upgrade a trial version! System Type: (are you using a laptop or a desktop and what is the model number?)
O/S: (Windows XP/Vista 32-bit or 64-bit?)
Processor: (What type of processor do you have)
Memory: (How much RAM)
Graphics: (Model, Driver release date and version. Found on the Display tab of the dxdiag tool)
Error Message: (Do you receive an error message?)
