Image timing

Is there a fast way to have all of my still images play for 5 seconds and all of my transitions play for 2 seconds....It is going to take forever to do it by hand. I'm new to this...so it is probably an easy fix! Thanks

if the clips are in the project already press cntrl a to select all clips goto 'clip' in the right hand top corner and change 'color/clip duration', if they are not in project change the duration in the tab file/preferances/edit i do not think you can change the tranitions as a batch

You can't change all of the transitions easily, but you can specify a default transition before you create the project using Preferences -> General, and a default transition duration in Preferences -> Edit.
