VS X3...New Style Packs Released

I just discovered Corel has released 4 more Template packs. Look for the red circle button, click on it and the Get More Tab should be available. Then download and install them. Here's screen-shots of those templates. Once installed they will be found in the Instant Project portion of VS.

So far Corel does not have direct links to download these posted on their website. So the only way to obtain them is through the Get More function of VS.

Thanks For sharing the new additions. However I don't see any "Get More" in my system. Will it take a while to see the Get More option?

Hi,

I'm a new user so feel free to shout at me.

I've downloaded the new Titles and Styles packs (along with DVD MovieFactory 7 SE) and can see see about 20 new title designs under the Edit menu in VideoStudio. However where do I find all these new Styles?

I've had a look in DVD Factory Pro 2010 and there are still the same original 8 x Fun and 5 x Legacy menus (and very nice they look).

I've had a look in DVD MovieFactory 7 SE and under the Gallery (tab 2. Menu and Preview) there appear to be more video menu screens showing than before (again very attractive) but I can't see where the Style ones are which you mention.

I've found some of the Styles above buried in C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel DVD MovieFactory 7 SE\EditingStyle\Style\General so I know they have been installed correctly!

I'm obviously running before I can walk but where do I find and apply the Styles whch are mentioned above?

Er . . . roger that.

After an extensive search Ive found a button along the timeline which starts 'instant project' and they all appear to be there.

Anywho, thank you for the speedy reply and thank you for the welcome to the forum.

As you may have gathered, I've just bought and installed the software and have applied all the offered service packs and updates then applied all the additional content. Phew. Now I need to have a read to see how it all works and create a couple of dummy test videos.

On first glance Corel VideoStudio X3 looks a really nice package and appears to be able to produce professional looking results. I've tried and used most of the top brands over the last few years but I think I'm most definitely gonna stay with VS X3.

I downloaded more Style packs, but it doesn't show up in VSX3 or in VS Express 2010. I don't see any "instant project" in tools. So how do I access these new style packs?

Look on the toolbar and it's the last icon (9th) and has an image of a frame of film with a wand (complete with star) in the middle of it.

I was wondering if it was possible to copy and paste the new style packs that are installed by itself when you open them in the fast create part of this program to the advanced section when you want to make a final video . This is so everything is in one area?
