What capture hardware are you using?

If your capture hardware came with software, you should use the software that's specially made to work with the hardware.

If your hardware came with Video Studio (and no other capture software) the hardware and software should work well together. However, Video Studio 6 is rather old and you are apparently using it with Windows 7. This could be a problem... VS6 was not designed to work with Vista or Win7. And if your capture device is also old, the drivers may not be compatible with Win7. :(

I'm not sure it was designed for XP!
