I have been Using version 6+ for years without issue , but have a DVD to do with more chapters than I have ever had before 22 but when I created the menu it does not put the final few chapters in or create extra pages , is there anyway round this ?

You should be able to have up to 99 chapters per title. A title being a movie clip. Are you checking all the menu pages? I don't have DVD MF6 with me on my laptop, but I think that the largest menu page for chapters will allow up to 8 or 9, however these are thumbnail menus, not smartscene. If you chose a layout with say 8 chapters per page, then you should have 3 pages of chapter menus.
A chapter must be no less than 1 min long, so if you have set chapter marks at intervals less than 1 minute, they will not be added.
What type of menu are you using? SmartScene, Thumbnail or Text?
