Great thanks, Tim! I've already installed the update at work (where I have no Internet connection).

I've noticed this in the release notes, but I can't find any way to initiate HDR from the Organizer. Anyone found how this is supposed to happen?

Are you talking about the HDR Photo Merge? Because that's just in the File menu. Click on it, and use it like you normally do. Or am I missing something as usual?

The File -> HDR Photo Merge... menu item was only enabled in the Full Edit mode prior to X3.2. We've now enabled it the Organizer. The integration is the same (opens another dialog) it's now just easier to get to.

Not to sound ungrateful for making things easier, especially since I don't use HDR or the Organizer, but it looks like you simply added a menu item to a function that already existed.

If you were going to add it to the organizer wouldn't it have been good to also include the option to right-click on multiple selected photos and add them to the HDR Photo Merge from within the organizer? Would cut down on the number of steps necessary. But seeing as it's not a big deal, I believe most will take what they can get. :D

Thanks Craig. I expected something like LeviFiction mentioned... highlight a series of photos in the Organizer and then use an icon or context menu item to send them to HDR Photo Merge.
Glad to see HDR Photo Merge is usuable now that PSP isn't fiddling with very dark raw images. Be great if the Variable Number of Gradients demosaicing algorithm was retired (like it was long ago in all other raw converters), and the Raw Lab used raw data instead of a 16 bit/channel bitmap for its corrections.
Hope you can release a third patch soon. If the bugs that cause the tabs of tabbed palettes to be duplicated when returning from the Express Lab or Print Layout, and the bug that breaks scripts that utilise Tkinter were both fixed, I could use PSPP X3.

The Text Tool problem was fixed with patch #2.

Why was it not listed in the above post ... "Here is a list of changes we made in the X3.2 patch:"

It probably fits under application stability. Even with the specifics given the list didn't exactly go into what application stability included. And it didn't mention fixes, only "improvements." You'll notice it doesn't mention any bugs at all, it only mentions what they improved upon or added.

Levi,

Ok,

Then maybe this forum could use a "stickie post" of known Problem Fixes and Improvements per Patch Update.

And another list of Problems Reported.

And another list of Problems currently being worked on by Corel.

Just a plain English list of what is currently known.

Might be doable, by someone that may be keeping track of all these bugs. It could easily take up numerous pages per sticky. :)

Ron,

What I meant was just a few words/one sentence to "log" the problem and a "link to the first post.
Then current: Solution/Workaround/Status.
