Does anyone know the best procedure for getting a RMA # from ULead?

Return Material Authorization -- he's trying to return a damaged or defective product.

AFAIK, the only way to do that is to get someone in Customer Service on the phone.

Yes, an RMA # is for returning defective products which, Video Studio is a prime example.
Customer Service was my first choice but, everytime I've called they've been "closed for training purposes..., please call back in an hour". They probably operate on a timescale, that I'm unaware of.
