I have X2 installed on my computer.
I bought X3 and wonder if I should uninstall X2 prior to X3 installation.

You can if you want, but there is no need to. A number of us here, including myself, have various versions of VS all installed on the same computer, with no evident conflicts. In fact, there can be some small advantage in keeping X2 on your computer since you might be more comfortable usings its inbuilt burning module, rather than the completely new and vacuous one which comes with X3 or the SE version of Movie Factory 7 which you can download as a substitute.
