I have Windvd Pro 2010 which is an upgrade from Windvd 9.
I have successfully played Bluray discs and recent releases no problems until now.
I rented today 'Green Zone' on Bluray which is a recent release. It starts up and BD Live
downloads a trailer and seems to work. Then it starts to play the Universal intro, then
Bluray screen and finally the movie page where usually you select play and watch the
movie. My problem is, at this point there are no buttons to select; nothing. Just a loop
with action and music waiting to start the movie. My cursor is a pointed finger with
4 small arrows (left, right, up and down) which turn blue when I move the mouse it that direction.
No keys on my keyboard work as I've pressed every single button. The mouse
does nothing only lighting the arrow as I move the mouse in that direction.
What am I missing?
Thanks.

Re: Windvd 2010
First thing we need some information regarding your install of WinDVD 2010 Pro
Launch WinDVD Pro 2010 with no disc in the drive and then right click on the WinDVD screen and select setup.
With Java based menus, you have to use the "Mouse Simulation in BD-J Menus" this you already have turned on by the information you have posted, but to play it safe will double check. On the Preferences tab you will see the option to "Enable Mouse Simulation in BD-J Menu", there should be a check in the box enabling it, if there is not place a check make enabling that feature.
Next select the information tab. Here you will see the WinDVD version number, can you please post it. The current up to date version is 10.0.05.298 and then the last 6 digits is your LOGID.
Next is to check your video card drivers, hold down the Windows key on the keyboard (located bottom left on the keyboard in between the Ctrl and Alt key) while holding down the windows key press the letter "R". This will bring up the Windows Run box, type dxdiag and press OK. Select yes if prompted to check your drivers and then select the Display tab (Display 1 tab in some cases). Once on the Display tab you will find the Device name, driver date and version, can you please post that information.
Check the above and let us know the details and maybe we can figure this out for you.
