My system specs:
i7-930 processor
6 gig 1800mh ram
1.5 gig Nvidia GTX480
Asus P6t mb
850w PSU
1 tb Hit hd
Windows 7 hp
I've loaded VS 11 plus and have successfully burned a DVD. It was pretty much basic: add title, music, and burn. But when I use the VS editor, that's when problems starts. I've already captured a 45 minute clip onto an external hd. Now I'm just trying to cut some scenes, add title, music, etc. When I drag the bar so I can cut off some of the video, the whole thing freezes (not responding) so I have to end up closing the file.
I've downloaded the latest patch but it still occurs. Is it because of Win 7? Like I said, I've already burned a few DVD with no problems. It's just the editing part that drives me crazy. I know it can't be my computer because it's brand new.
thx
Visual Studio 11 plus doesn't work with Win 7?

There is no patch to make VS11 compatible with Win 7. A patch finally appeared for VS X2 to make it compatible, but don't hold your breath thinking Corel will produce one for VS11. Your only option is to upgrade to X3 which is fully compatible with Win 7.
