Sorry folks, I would like to clarify my last line " Now I have same machine, VSProX3 and rending a AVCVHD 1920 file . . . "
What I really mean is, Now I have same machine, VSProX3 and rending TO a AVCHD 1920 file.
Not a MPEG4 file. The attached image shows the properties of the original file (MPEG2) which I need to render to a MPEG2 file. The original file is a MPEG2 which is the native file type for the capture card for HDMI (High Definition video). I need to "Create Video File" in VSProX3 as AVCHD (NTSC HD-1920) to keep the original video properties. I hope! After which I need to create an ISO file in DVDMF7Se.
DVDMF7Se
For some reason, the original file would not import into DVDMF7Se - it just keeps 'grinding' and will stall. I don't know why. Since DVDMF7Se has the "Multi-trim Videos", I would have only used it (instead of starting from VSProX3). I see it would NOT import videos created by my capture card.
Thanks all for your help.

Update 2
I am kinda stuck here. I am still having problem importing the captured file. The video I am having problems with were captured with my AverMedia HDMI capture function. I recaptured the same video at 3, 6 and 15 minutes. The previous troubled file is a on hour video (23.4GB). DVDMF7Se will just keep churning and says " (Not Responding) ".
Now with the smaller new files, the 3min video did that for a few seconds, then imported, the 6min, took longer to import and the 15min video took much longer, but then it imported. The same thing happens with the larger one hour file. I had left it longer than ten minutes, it still did not import, I had to for it to close.
I downloaded Cyberlink PowerDirector to test the files. The smallest one took a little while to import, but then the other two imported easily.
The scenario. I capture the video from my DVR, through a HDMI cable with AverMedia capture HDMI card to the computer. The video imports into VSProX3, edits and should take about eight hours to render a one hour video to import into DVDMF7Se. The other choice is to bypass VSProX3 and use DVDMFSe, but that will not import the one hour video.
I downloaded HD Free HD Converter and two other HD converters. But none of them has the capacity of the original video's bit rate of 32,0720 and still could not convert the file that large. It converted the other smaller files.
I am doing the conversion to see if the conversion would "kill" any part of the video that might be blocking me from using it in DVDMF7Se.
I don't know what else to do. I upgraded to VSProX3 thinking it would be the better one for HD videos.
My two issues are:
- The too long rendering time in VSProX3
- DVDMF7Se not able to import a large HD file captured with my AverMedia captuer card.

Re: Long Rendering Time - VideoStudio Pro X3
I think if you're dealing with AVCHD files on a machine that is less than a quad-core, you can expect things to move like molasses in the winter, very, very slow.

Re: Long Rendering Time - VideoStudio Pro X3
I guess that could be the reason. More "power" for AVCHD.
Though the large file took about ten seconds to import in the trial Cyberlink PowerDirector I downloaded, I am disappointed it would not import in DVDMF7SE. I will import it and let it churn for a long time to see if it will import latter.
Thanks anyway.

Update 3
The issue I have with not being able to import my captured file, is solved. It will import but it took about 22minutes, both in VSX3 and DVDMFSE. I only have the issue importing my captured file that was captured with my AverMedia HDMI capture card. Well, I can live with that.
