relink file too small.
I am trying to relink a 18.2 mb .mpg file in vs11+ and I am getting a message saying that it should be longer than 00 13 49 09 ,where do I go from here..........Ken
Re: relink file too small.
Try renaming the file and link to the "new" file.
Some time ago, I had a similar problem with a different Ulead/Corel program. In my case I had edited the original file, but the software "remembered" the old plaing time. Renaming was the only way I found to get around it.

Re: relink file too small.
You can only re link to a file that is as long as or longer than the original. you cannot relink to one that is smaller

Hi Ken
Make sure you are Re-Linking to the correct file, double check this.
Your file size and length don’t seem to add up.
Your 18mb clip is a short clip and would be measured in seconds rather than minutes.
The clip from the relink is asking for a file 13 + minutes long.
Again make sure you are re-linking to the correct file.

Re: relink file too small.
Thanks for the replies men.The clip in question is very short.I have got round the problem by loading the file in question into VS again.
