DVD to Video CD convertr

Hi there,
I burn my projects to DVD (MPEG II, VBR 8000, NTSC) using VS 8. I wand to send this to my friends in Video CD format. Is there any tool which converts my burned DVD to Video CD with BEST quality? I know I can burn my project to Video CD using VS 8, but that is time consuming, Insted I want a tool, which converts my DVD to Video CD.

I've never tried it (I've never wanted to "downgrade" to VCD) But, you could try EasyVCD. Or, just Google for "DVD to VCD".

You could try DVDx. It will convert the dvd to suitable vcd files at about 25 fps(real time) on a 2.5+ processor. You can also set it to convert a long video so it will create multi files that can be spread over a number of discs.

I tried using "EasyVCD", it had many problems so I could not use it.

Did any of you recomend a better tool? actually I have not yet tried "DVDx".
