HD MP4 keeps crashing VSX3

Everytime I try to edit HD MP4 files it crashes the program within minutes..

Gives the following error message.

Where are these files from?

Have you installed the Service Pack?

Updated camera support – broadened MPEG-4 capabilities add support for additional cameras, including selected cameras from Flip, Canon and more

Thanks for the tip, I installed the patch but unfortunately it did not help.
I tried a different MP4 and had the same problem.

They were both originally rendered in Cs4 so maybe that has something to do with it.

I will keep troubleshooting.

Same problem.
I edit HD MOV files and crashes very fast.
Computer is new.

I get this same error text as you.

Can somebody help?

Did tou tried to uncheck "perform smart render", to be found when creating "a video file", under "options"?
To have a stable VSX3, I must also uncheck the "use hardware acceleration"options, (Settings, preferences, performance tab).
I hope it will work.
