Video Studio had problems (Noticeable with X2), some strange silly ones, odd things happened.
Nothing that caused it to fail, but more like missing options, next buttons etc
I was in a position to witness/confirm this having a clean newly installed operating system (vista) and a newly installed X2.
Manually updating Direct X did cure some problems.
So if you have updated in the past I would not bother now unless you are having problems.
If it isn’t broken don’t fix it.
