I am not very knowledgable about this, do I need the June update, what will it do for me and what are the conseqencies of not downloading it..........Ken

Hi Kenneth

Video Studio had problems (Noticeable with X2), some strange silly ones, odd things happened.
Nothing that caused it to fail, but more like missing options, next buttons etc

I was in a position to witness/confirm this having a clean newly installed operating system (vista) and a newly installed X2.

Manually updating Direct X did cure some problems.

So if you have updated in the past I would not bother now unless you are having problems.

If it isn’t broken don’t fix it.

Thanks for the replies men.As I am using XP and VS11+ and the only problems I have so far is with user knowledge I think I will stay as I am
