Preview Screens Black

I just downloaded and installed Paint Shop Pro and when I open any Palette, it's black. The Materials Palette displays black but I can run the dropper over the area and the numbers display but the square itslef is black. Any Palette I open is black. If I try to export to PNG, the Before and After preview screens are black. The program will preform the operation but I can't see my work in progress.

It's a brand new install so there aren't any Preferences to reset or Workspaces to load, I haven't been able to do anything with the program

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Go to File > Color Management > Color Management and uncheck the option to enable colour management.
The problem is usually caused by a bad monitor profile.
