I'm going nuts trying to figure it out. I did this back on September 2007. I took a regular photo that I'd taken at Paradise Pier at Disney's California Adventure and applied filters to it. I want to do it again, but with a larger size and for the life of me, I can't figure out which filters I used to do it. I've got the same filters now that I had back then (well, I've added to the list since then, but you know what I mean).
What I did was layer that graphic over an original of the picture, erase part of the top image so that part of the color on the original image shows through, then I merged them. I want to print this over onto a transfer, then use my heat press to put it on a shirt.
What more information can I supply? I'm going through my filters one by one, looking for that magic one, but I'm not having any luck.
TIA.
How did I do this?

Re: How did I do this?
Well, I finally found the magic filter. Flaming Pear's "Pixel Trash".
I took my "trashed" photo, layered it over an original photo, that I'd brightened and sharpened, and just erased the colored areas I was interested in keeping. This will look very nice on a shirt.
