Background flicker

Background flicker

I get flicker in the background of my videos when authoring with MovieFactory 7SE. This problem did not occur when I authored the same Video using Pro X3 2010 authoring, although it was a pain. Could the setting I used to finalized the video in Pro X3 be wrong? I used 30 frame rate in the General Tab (Template Ortions) and a 24-bit-RGB Data Type and no compression in the AVI tab.

Could the setting I used to finalized the video in Pro X3 be wrong?
We have no idea, because much of that is dependent on the source video, such as frame rate and field order. Please read the following and supply the requested info:
