DVD Factory (from VideoStudio Pro X3) freezing
Recently bought VideoStudio Pro X3. Worked great. Created a dozen or more DVDs. Then I patched for a supposed isssue between VSP and PaintShop Pro. Ever since DVD Factory freezes. Typically when I go to browse to music I want to use, but other times as well. Have not been able to create a single DVD since that patch. Saw I should apply the three patches that are SP1, so I did. No change. Help shows me at 13.6.2.21. My software is now useless. Lobbed a inquiry to support and waiting to hear, but thought I'd post here as well. Never is an error message. Just hangs up. Windows 7 often notices it is hung, but has no suggestions. Wish I could go back to before I put any patches on it because it was working great then.

If all this is quite recent, can't you do a System Restore?

Re: DVD Factory (from VideoStudio Pro X3) freezing
After many e-mails and suggestions from support, none of which worked, I did resort to using the System Restore option. I would have preferred to get my software patched to current and maintain it that way. But no good. So I'm back to where it was and it works. So I guess I can never patch it again. Thanks
