VS9 4 crashes inside 4 minutes

Opening an existing project the system has crashed 4 times in quick succession. No changes to the PC since last using VS9.

Is this a common fault?

Since you tell us nothing about what the project consists of, and since we do not have any of your system details -- not even the Operating System -- it is impossible to say. Please take a look at one of the stickies towards the top of this forum, titled "Please Read This Before Posting", and get back to us with the details requested. Then I think you may have a better chance of someone being able to help...

Apologies for the ill considered post. I should have cooled down before writing.

I've completed the profile details now.

Next time I used VS9 it ran for 2 hours with no problem!
