You have to go to the corel website and download it from there. If your version number is 272, you do NOT have the service pack.

Once you have that page up, go to the bottom and click on "Click Here to Download VideoStudio Patch 2". The link for that is http://www.corel.com/akdlm/6763/downloa ... Patch2.exe

When you select it VSX3 will close and DVD Movie Factory will open. !!

True but at least when you hit share the option is available there plus a reminder to save the VSP in VS. A small step nearer to where it should be, I think.

It would be nice if these were listed on Corel's Patches and Updates page! If someone looks there they won't find any updates for X3, even though there are 3 available!!! Thank goodness for this forum.

Why does corel add that "Any build number after 13.6.2.000 may be considered up to date"

Are there different builds numbers for different versions after the update?

Oops i understoof this one - these are the newer versions released which niow contain the service pack

Yeah I was wondering what that was too. All the new versions do have the service pack though which is nice. Time to get all my copies up to date now!

The latest one is Service Pack 2, correct? I have installed the later prior to knowing that Service Pack 1 is still obtainable. Do I still have to install Service Pack 1, or shall I assume that the latest Service Pack has all of that and more?
