hi

i have updated but i still crash when i try to render my large film files - even to DVD quality - HD has got no chance

the file version remains 13:00 even though i have upgraded - is that a problem?

win7 64 bit - 8gb ram - intel quad - brand new motherboard - i thought i had got the right gear to make my film

also a bit confused as i spoke to customer rep today who was convinced there was no update for this - when there clearly was - i hope this is not symtomatic of a larger problem within corel cos i have spent 5 months making a film that i cant render off

my wifeis amazed i havent freaked out considering how much time i have lost because of this

anybody got any helpful thoughts

thanks
