Disabling menu creation in Video Studio Pro X3 ?

Hello everyone;

I have searched the forum for an answer to this, there must be an answer already somewhere in here, but I have not been able to find it. Maybe I am using the wrong search terms.

My project is just about converting a 30 minute, 29.75fps, 720x480 frame size NTSC mpeg-2 standard video file to DVD video format and burning it to a DVD-R disc without a menu.

How do you disable menu creation in Video Studio Pro X3?

I understand that using this app for this simple a project may be overkill, but it is the only video creation app I have installed at the moment.

Can anyone here point me to a thread with this answer, if it exists?

If you are using the burning module which came with X3 -- namely, DVD Factory 'Pro' 2010 -- then I am afraid the simple answer is that you cannot disable menu creation. That is one of the many reasons so many of us hate that particular module.

Fortunately, Corel listened to our complaints eventually, and have now made available Movie Factory 7 SE to registered users of X3. Look for a separate thread on this up in the top sticky part of this forum. And with MF 7 SE, you *can* disable menu creation.
