Can't download

Several users have been unsure where to post issues relating to the copy of MovieFactory 7 SE now supplied with VideoStudio X3. To make life easier you can post problems here.

Can't download

I have followed most of the suggestions (firewall and anit-virus) to get the download. I have the Do More tab and can see the download link but when I click on it all I get is a white empty box that just sits there.

X3 upgrade on Win 7 64bit
