Can't install Patch

I am trying to install the 3.0 DL support pack. It downloads fine, but when I run the first part, it says it can't find the program anywhere. I am running the SE version. Anyone know what this might be?

Are you running the "SE" version of MovieFactory 3.0? Did that come bundled with some hardware?

Having the same problem with installing the patch, But I have the upgrade from Version 2, I purchased from Ulead.

Followup, I installed a Pioneer 108 DL recorder and without the patch It appears to burn the file tables and then not burn the video track, which could be the laser refocusing to burn the second layer on a one layer disc and therefore not burning the track on the first layer. I can see a small inner track burned in, but thats it, not enough for a 2.5GB video track.

UNinstalled and reinstalled MF3, then added in the Update pack, the 16x pack then the large 24 MB DL patch, now the pact finds MF3 and installs. Just waiting to see if this works.

should of thought of this first. .....
