Manuals or How to configure
I just purchased VideoStudio Pro 3X and a Flip Mino HD. However, I cannot import the video I shoot into the Software even though it says it is compatible. I am getting MP4 files when I use the Mino. Is there something I need to configure to edit the videos from this videocamera?

Re: Manuals or How to configure
Perhaps you need to explain how you are importing...we can then go from there.

Re: Manuals or How to configure
I think that camera records the video to an SD card, doesn't it? If so you just transfer the files with Windows Copy > Paste and then open them in VS for editing... Or you could put the SD card into a card reader and do it that way too...

Re: Manuals or How to configure
Thank you for your replies, the files are MP4 and the software sees the videos but when I try to drage or open in an editting mode it tells me I am opening anincorrect file format.
Actual message: The file [H:\xxxx.mp4] is an invalid file format.
The specs on the bundled box (Photo & Video Pro Bundle) says input files MPEG-4, HDV and all kinds of other formats. mp4 is just the extension for MPEG-4 right?
I am having trouble contacting Corel as they close 7pm eastern and I am on PST.

Re: Manuals or How to configure
No need to worry about that, this web board has a security provision that allows the staff to view, and approve or disprove the first couple of posts by new members. Prior to upgrading we would have to manually vet hundreds of new member requests daily.Tenor1958 wrote:Sorry about the double post also, I din't realize it was being evaluated first. Much appologies.
