Hello folks, my first post.
I am experiencing the same error when defloating a selection as mentioned in this thread : http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=37706
(bottom portion being erased).
PSP reports its version as 13.0.0.253.
I have downloaded and at least attempted to install the patch, but after it has finished, PSP is reporting the same version and the bug I'm struggling with still exists.

13.0.0.253 is the latest version AFAIK, or it certainly is the version showing on mine after the first and only patch to date was installed. Although i've noticed that the Corel website refers to the patch incorrectly in places as 13.01 so perhaps this is the source of the confusion?

Any news about the COPY/PASTE bottom row of pixels garbage?

Sorry for the delay. This problem (bottom portion being erased) has been logged as bug. I hope a patch will solve it as soon as possible.
