X3 has no "Create Menu"

Post by San_kev »

Hello...
I have VideoStudio Pro X3 and what I can't find in Share --> Create Disc --> DVD Factory Pro 2010... is the option to select or deselect "Create Menu" when I need to create a DVD without Menu. VS X12 had that option before Burn.

Is there any similar option in X3 that I can Burn DVDs without Menu..?

Please let me know.

Thank You
SanKev

This has been covered a million times before -- well almost! -- in a variety of threads. But briefly, the only ways to do it are (1) Go to the Do More tab and download the free Movie Factory 7 SE Corel has made available because of user complaints about DVD Factory 2010; or (2) do your edits in X3, save it as an X2 project and burn using that; or (3) do your edits, save it as a final DVD-compatible mpeg-2 and use any other software which can burn a disc without a menu e.g. Nero, Roxio...

Thank you Ken
Believe me I did Search "Create Menu", "DVD Menu", "X3 no Menu", under VideoStudio, DVD Movie Factoy, and so on and on.. and I didn't get any hit... Also, because I don't have any issues with Corel products I apoligize I don't come to the forum as often as other people that have issue or ask for help so I didn't know that has been covered a million times before (well almost!).
I did save my projects as X2 when I need to burn DVD without menu, days before I came to this forum, I though I'd get another good answer, but seems I need to continue doing what I'm doing.

But I appretiate your prompt reply.
