That error code also used to show up in older versions of Video Studio, so I guess that is consistent with MF4... What is occurring is that it thinks your Temp file/folder is too full. Temp is just that. Temporary files needed to run a program or two. What you do is this. Navigate to the Temp folder and highlight everything (Ctl +A) and Delete. Do not delete the Temp folder itself , just everything in it. Given that you are using XP, you can find it in: My Computer -->C:/-->Documents and Settings-->User Name-->Local Settings-->Temp. You must have your folder settings where you can see Hidden files/folders. Local Settings is a Hidden Folder.

I did as instructed, however, DFF6CB files "access denied" and could not be deleted. There are 11 of these . These files also could not be deleted:
~~FRAME.CAT
~~THUMB.CAT
~~VTHUMB.CAT
MPC90
tmp8E

I still cannot burn the dvd.

Usually when that happens, you have to reboot the computer, and before opening any programs, go to the Temp folder and try deleting any files there again. If you had opened MF4 -- let alone still had it open -- when trying to delete files associated with the program, that is why you are not allowed access to them to delete them.

I think we need to start at square one.
What source material(s) are you using? Is this a simple slide show of JPG images or are you using another format e.g. BMP, TIFF etc. Are you mixing in any video (Source, type etc.) What sort of music is being included e.g. MP3, WAV etc.
How many images are you inserting into this slide show 10 - 20 - 100 - 1000 ?
What is the duration of these images.
I see you have a fairly large hard drive but how much free space is available?

Sorry but we need a bit more to go on before we can offer any suggestions.

Thanks for your interest. Here is the info:
source material is from dvd-r derived from video shot at last month's wedding. Photos on slide show are from jpg. I do hve a music file on a wma file.
About 110 photos on the slide show. What do you mean by "duration of images"?
I have 118 GB available on my HD.

Duration means how long each image would be displayed for - perhaps 5 seconds or so.
Anyway you seem to have answered enough points. It is possible that either the video file or one of the photographs is corrupted and we may need to narrow it down to which.
Try using the "Fast Export" option to create an MPEG2 Video and then use that video to create your DVD in place of the originals.

The corrupt file may be the wma file. I successfully burned a copy without any music file in the slide show. I added a wma file and I would like to get a replacement music file. Where Can I find one in the MF4?

You can still use the wma, simply convert it to another format such as WAV.
Use a FREE Audio conversion program

Once I deleted the music file I was able to burn the project, however, when I add any background music be it mp3, wma, wav or mpa file (from ulead) the project will not burn. I think the background music is the culprit. How can I fix this problem? Do I need a "patch" or some download?

Thanks again for your time and help.

Are you using DVD MF 4 Disc Creator or the vanilla version? There were several patches made for these versions. Have you installed all that are applicable?
If not go HERE and download the zip file for it. Extract the PDF file, which contains the links to the patches.
