Re: Only english?!?!
I assume you are using a Hebrew keyboard...? This is going to sound rather counter-intuitive, but if you can set your keyboard to emulate a US-English layout -- or actually substitute a US-keboard -- and know the ANSI code for Hebrew letters or use the Windows Symbol command, I wonder if you will get them appearing...? I suggest this not from any first hand experience with Hebrew, but with other languages with specific characters, such as Cyrillic (which I use a lot), Central European languages which use the Roman alphabet but with diacritic accent marks, and even Scandinavian alphabets. VS and MF only seem to recognise such characters when generated by a US-layout keyboard...
With Cyrillic, for example, I will use Microsoft Word > Insert > Symbol to build my title. Then do a simply cut and paste into VS/MF. I did this quite successfully just recently when I did several videos of a recent trip to Moscow. All of my titles had a Cyrillic main title, and an English sub-title...

First, please do not double post. It only causes confusion when different people respond to each thread. I am going to delete your other post in this forum since this one would appear to be more appropriate.
Second, can you please confirm that you have a US keyboard layout and that cutting and pasting does not work.
If not, then the only thing I can think of would be make your Chinese text in a large font, then scan it as, say, a PNG format image (with 32 bit alpha channel if possible). Then insert it into your video at the appropriate spot, and reduce its size. Then move the text down towards the bottom of the screen (though above the 10% screen safe line). Then use the chroma key to fade out the white background from the text...
