I have VSx3 on Laptop and PC
Smartsound works well on both but I have 14 composers in Owned Titles on my Pc but only 13 on my laptop.
I am missing Composer - Mike Hooker - anyone know how I can get this link to update my laptop so that I have all 14 composers available?
I have tried rebuilding the database and have the latest updates?
Also are there any more smartsound tracks available for download?

Knowing which Smartsound Library is involved might help. A search of my extensive collection of Smartsound revealed one entry which is a part of the "Dimensions" Library
