Paint Shop Pro X3 and Ulead Smart Saver Pro

Paint Shop Pro X3 and Ulead Smart Saver Pro
I have used Paint Shop Pro for years. With the newer versions like X2 and X3 my all time favorite program for optimizing and slicing that I use is Ulead Smart Saver Pro. You use to be able to install it as a plug-in into Paint Shop Pro. With the newer versions, it does not install. Yes, I know PSP has it's own built in optimizer, but it just does not do a good enough job for me. Can this program ever be brought back and made usable in Paint Shop Pro or have PSP 3 updated so it will work with Ulead Smart Saver Pro as an installed Plug-in?
