The e-mail you sent to me (from Carlo May 21, 2010) stated:
"Normally resellers would only stock box copies for them to sell. Seeing that this is a download version (not sure where they will get or have the link and if it’s safe), I would normally not recommend this one yet but I will have to check with our estore team if they can confirm this is a legit reseller."
I took this to mean they were still checking and would give a final answer.
