Video Studio X3 Pro - keeps crashin

Post by ansta1 »

Okay guys n gals,

not sure if this is the right place for this but I am on a trial (27 days left) of X3 and though I can get it to work it keeps crashing.

It's done it when adding a series of photos to an overlay track, and when adding titles to a video.

I've since tried created a HD video (from HD MP4 files created on a Go Pro GD) and other stuff there is no consistency to the rhyme or reason for it so it seems.

Any advice as to where to start or what additional info would be useful to assist.

Regards

Update DIRECT X from microsoft website.

SEARCH on the forums here for a link.

NEED MORE INFO from YOU if that does not resolve your issue.

File format, type, size, lengh(video) patches for X3 applied.....

The more info you provide the better chance of a quick resolution.
